1996 NOAA Visiting Scientist Program at NCEP and NESDIS is a poster outlining
the visiting appointments, the application procedure, and the locations where
the appointments are made at the NOAA National Centers for Environmental
Prediction (NCEP) and the National Environmental Satellite Data and
Information Service (NESDIS).

The types of appointments are: Postdoctoral Fellows, Senior Visiting
Scientists, and Graduate Research Assistants.

Applications are considered twice a year on March 15 and September 15.
