environmental groups in Madrid about the effects of a new fleet of supersonic
aircraft recently proposed by Britain and France.

the views of officials of four groups representing the electric utility industry
on the list of legislative goals and strategies for the electric power sector
developed at the April Interparliamentary Conference on the Global
"Alternative Fuels Council Debates Future Motor Fuels Policy,"

ibid., p. 45. Former U.S. EPA Administrator Lee M. Thomas is helping 17
firms develop a global environmental initiative to provide assistance to the
United Nations and businesses in other countries. The plan was to have been
presented at the U.N. sustainable development conference in Bergen (above).
