NIGEC grants: The Northeast Regional Center of the U.S. Department
of Energy's National Institute for Global Environmental Change (NIGEC) is
soliciting proposals, due Dec. 7, 1992, for primarily scientific but also

Ocean modeling postdoctoral fellowships are being offered by the
University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) for physical and
biological scientists interested in dynamic ocean modeling or interactive
ocean/atmosphere models. Deadline is Jan. 15, 1993. Contact program manager Meg

U.S. DOE postdoctoral fellowships are available from the Department
of Energy for global change research on four priority themes: climate modeling,
global water and energy cycles, global carbon cycle, and ecological systems and
population dynamics. Applicants in the life, physical, earth, environmental and
computer sciences and supporting disciplines are eligible. Deadline Feb. 15,
