COP-4 Schedule: The fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 4) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, November 2-13, 1998, at Centro de Exposiciones del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. The daily schedule of the negotiations and discussions will be posted a day ahead at http://cop4.unfccc.de/daily/daily.html. In addition to these deliberations, a series of presentations (predominantly technical talks) will be made at COP-4 by interested parties. These presentations are generally arranged in three parallel sessions. They are listed day-by-day and hour-by-hour at http://cop4.unfccc.de/special/special.html. This schedule provides not only the title of the presentation and the name of the presenter but also contact information (affiliation, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address) for each participant.
